Requirement:
- Minimum 1 year to maximum 10 years of experience in customer service, preferably within a payroll or human resources environment.
- Strong understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Experience with payroll systems and software is a plus.

Role and responsibility:
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters via phone, email, and in person.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.

- Process payroll adjustments, including tax withholdings, deductions, and other changes.
- Maintain accurate employee payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
