This person will be responsible for assisting in leading the change, but once people are trained and the system is in production, this person should also help sustain it on the other side. They currently transitioning to a new asset management system- Hexagon. This helps them track work orders, the lifecycle of the rail car, and equipment asset management overall. This person will be working closely with users (60-80 corporate people) through this change.
