Requirements:
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong understanding of financial principles, including payroll processing and accounts management
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Experience with financial data analysis and reporting
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies
- Provide financial support and guidance to other departments as needed
- Develop and implement effective financial procedures and controls to ensure efficiency and accuracy
