Zoho Developer & Automation Expert

About the Role

We're on the lookout for a Zoho Developer & Automation Expert who thrives at the intersection of business logic and technical execution. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing and optimizing end-to-end automation workflows across Zoho apps (CRM, Creator, Flow, etc.), building custom solutions, and integrating third-party platforms to streamline business processes.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and customize Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Creator, Flow, Books, and Deluge scripts.
• Build and manage custom workflows, automations, and integrations between Zoho apps and external systems.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate operational needs into scalable tech solutions.
• Develop and maintain web components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js, and SQL.
• Implement and troubleshoot API integrations, ensuring secure and reliable data exchange across platforms.
• Continuously optimize existing processes for performance and automation efficiency.

Required Skill Set

• Proficiency in Zoho Suite (CRM, Creator, Flow, Analytics, etc.) and Deluge scripting.
• Strong web development skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Node.js.
• Experience with SQL databases and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, OAuth, and webhooks.
• Proven track record in building custom automation workflows and business logic implementation.
• Ability to understand and align technology with business processes.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with ERP/Accounting integrations (e.g., Zoho Books, QuickBooks).
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms and workflow automation tools.
• Prior experience in a SaaS or startup environment.
