Warehouse & Order Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Walmart WFS & Amazon FBA Management

· Oversee inventory flow and fulfillment processes for Walmart WFS and Amazon FBA, ensuring compliance with marketplace standards.

· Maintain data in the ERP system according to order and inventory status.

· Monitor and manage stock levels across Walmart WFS and Amazon FBA, including inbound shipments, replenishments, and returns through the proper reporting and order execution

· Optimize order fulfillment strategies to maintain high in-stock rates and minimize delays.

· Analyze and troubleshoot order errors, chargebacks, and discrepancies to ensure seamless fulfillment.

Cross-Functional Coordination

· Collaborate with Finance and Operations teams to maintain accurate inventory and order data.

· Work with Sourcing and Production teams to ensure new product launches align with inventory and fulfillment capabilities.

· Support international expansion initiatives by providing data and insights on inventory and logistics requirements.

· Assist in new brand acquisitions through inventory consolidation and integration into fulfillment systems.

· Partner with 3PL warehouses to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Qualifications:

· 5 years of experience in order management with eCommerce fulfillment

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret inventory and order data for decision-making.

· Experience with supply chain management tools, ERP systems (nothing specific, example: SAP, Fulfil, Oracle, etc), WMS, and logistics platforms.

· Strong understanding of order management protocols.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.

· Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

· High attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
