Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and target-driven Telecaller / Tele Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong client-handling abilities, and a proven track record in lead generation and sales coordination.

This role requires a confident individual who can effectively interact with clients, build strong relationships, and contribute towards business growth through proactive communication and follow-ups.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

• Generate leads and connect with potential clients

• Explain company services and resolve client queries

• Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain client relationships

• Convert inquiries into business opportunities

• Maintain call records, reports, and client databases

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations

• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

• Ensure professional communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities

• Experience in Telecalling / Tele Sales / Client Coordination

• Good knowledge of lead generation and follow-up processes

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM, and email communication

• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

• Strong coordination and customer-handling skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 3–4 years of relevant experience

• Experience in sales, staffing, recruitment, or service industry preferred

• Immediate joiners preferred

• Good Hindi and basic English communication mandatory

• Professional, confident, and result-oriented approach
