Description
Provide leadership to platform operations and support teams.
Align platform with business strategy and develop architectural standards.
Experience with enterprise architecture, security, and database design schemas.
Practical experience with platform performance and health scan execution.
Expertise with data integrations and discovery technologies.
Ensure CI data governance processes are implemented effectively.
Support other ITSM processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and monitor CI data health reports and dashboards.
Ensure quality of CMDB data and resolve issues promptly.
Identify and resolve CI data, metric, or functionality gaps.
Create or update CIs using approved processes and procedures.
Evaluate enhancement requests and identify appropriate solutions.
Contribute to governance processes.
Qualifications
Experience with enterprise architecture and data modeling.
Hands-on expertise with integrations and discovery technologies.
Ability to develop and implement CI data audits.
Leadership skills in implementing new requirements on platforms.
