Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a strong foundation in computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
  • Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript, with experience in developing scalable, efficient, and reliable software systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems, identify key issues, and develop creative solutions
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum, with experience working in iterative development environments
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure, and containerization using Docker, with knowledge of DevOps practices and tools, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and quality assurance

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements and industry standards, using a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Participate in code reviews, ensuring that all solutions are properly tested, validated, and documented, and that they meet our high standards for quality, scalability, and reliability
  • Work with the engineering team to develop and maintain our software architecture, including the design and implementation of new features, components, and systems
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical notes, and user manuals, to ensure that our software solutions are properly documented and easily maintainable
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new tools, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our software development processes, methodologies, and technologies

Budget:

  • The maximum budget for this contract position is $72 per hour, with an expected experience range of10 to30 years
