About the role

Qualifications

Minimum 15 years of experience in Oracle Integration Cloud.

Proven experience as an Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Specialist with expertise in integrating Oracle Field Service, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Oracle ERP Cloud.

Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS) preferred.

Hands-on experience in designing and implementing integration solutions using OIC, including REST and SOAP APIs, adapters, and orchestration.

Familiarity with Oracle Cloud applications and their data models.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for resolving integration issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with technical and business teams.

Ability to document technical designs and processes clearly and concisely.


Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) to connect Oracle Field Service, Oracle HCM Cloud, and Oracle ERP Cloud.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather integration requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

Configure and manage integrations, including APIs, file-based data loads, and real-time data exchange.

Ensure seamless integration between Oracle applications and third-party systems, adhering to best practices and security standards.

Support PaaS solution built using VBCS

Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues to ensure system reliability and performance.

Provide production support for OIC integrations and OFS, ensuring system stability and addressing issues in a timely manner.

Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration design specifications and user guides.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to support end-to-end testing and validation of integration solutions.

Stay updated with the latest Oracle Integration Cloud features and recommend improvements to existing integrations.

Provide training and support to team members and end-users on integration processes and tools.
