Sr. Manager- SupplyChain (Warehouse)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management:
• Develop and implement inventory control procedures, maintain accurate inventory records, and optimize inventory levels to meet customer demand.
• Warehouse Operations:
• Manage the efficient flow of goods, including receiving, storing, and shipping, while ensuring proper handling, storage, and safekeeping of items.
• Staff Management:
• Supervise and develop warehouse staff, ensuring proper training, adherence to safety protocols, and efficient workflow.
• Customer Service:
• Coordinate with other departments to meet customer needs, ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, and resolve any issues related to order processing and delivery.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Implement and maintain safety procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and fostering a safe and secure work environment.
• Cost Optimization:
• Develop and monitor budgets, identify opportunities for cost reduction, and optimize logistics resources.
• Performance Management:
• Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track warehouse performance, identify areas for improvement, and drive operational excellence.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
• Supplier Relations:
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts, and monitoring their performance to ensure timely delivery of quality materials.
• Demand Planning:
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to forecast demand, develop inventory plans, and ensure optimal stock levels.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present regular reports to stakeholders on inventory levels, financial performance, and operational status.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in supply chain management, with a focus on warehouse operations.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., SAP).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
