About the role

As a Sr Data Scientist- Generative AI at malldrops, you will be an integral part of our innovative team, responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI solutions to drive business growth and improvement. Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, with a strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or Julia.
  • Proficiency in working with large datasets, data visualization tools, and cloud-based platforms, including experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components and develop creative solutions.
  • Strong understanding of statistical modeling, data mining, and data analysis, with experience in working with generative models such as GANs, VAEs, or normalizing flows.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and communicate technical results to non-technical audiences.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy generative AI models to solve complex business problems, such as generating new product ideas, predicting customer behavior, or optimizing business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation, develop business cases, and prioritize project pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain large-scale datasets, data pipelines, and architectures to support generative AI model development and deployment.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and refine models to improve performance, accuracy, and reliability, using techniques such as hyperparameter tuning, model selection, and ensemble methods.
  • Communicate technical results and insights to stakeholders, including business leaders, product managers, and engineering teams, using effective visualization and presentation techniques.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and engineers, providing technical guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow in their roles and develop their skills.
