Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our social media presence across all relevant platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand voice, driving engagement, and supporting marketing goals through data-driven content strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Manage day-to-day operations of social media accounts across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely publishing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to create and curate relevant, high-quality content.
- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments, messages, and brand mentions in a professional manner.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare monthly reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and audience growth.
- Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
- Manage paid social campaigns and partnerships as needed, including influencer collaborations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
- Strong understanding of branding, digital content strategies, and platform-specific best practices.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with design, marketing, and leadership teams.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is an asset.
- Experience with paid media management and performance reporting is preferred.
