About the role

As a SFCC Support Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) platform, providing expert technical support and guidance to our internal teams and external clients. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including development, marketing, and sales, to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements to optimize platform performance. Requirements:

  • Strong technical background in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC), with in-depth knowledge of platform architecture, configuration, and customization
  • Experience with SFCC development, including SFRA, SFCC APIs, and integration with external systems
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to internal teams and external clients on SFCC-related issues
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and implement process improvements to optimize platform performance
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, release notes, and troubleshooting resources
  • Conduct regular platform monitoring and maintenance, including backups, updates, and security checks
  • Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements, develop solutions, and implement best practices to drive business growth and success
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SFCC advancements, including new features, releases, and best practices, and apply this knowledge to improve platform performance and functionality
