Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead (Lead experience must)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead with strong expertise in platform architecture, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end delivery, guide development teams, and design scalable solutions across key modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and GRC.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow platform architecture aligned with business requirements.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.

Define best practices, coding standards, and governance processes.

ServiceNow Development & Implementation

Lead development across modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, SAM, and GRC (TPRM).

Configure and customize ServiceNow applications using:

Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes

Flow Designer, Integration Hub, UI Builder, Virtual Agent

Service Portal / UI Components

Develop custom applications and automate workflows.

Implement and maintain Automated Test Framework (ATF).

Platform & Data Management

Design and manage Forms, Tables, ACLs, and Data Models.

Implement and maintain CSDM (Common Service Data Model) framework.

Ensure data integrity, security, and performance optimization.

Integrations

Design and develop integrations using:

REST / SOAP APIs

Integration Hub and Flow Designer

Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and enterprise tools.

Process & Delivery

Implement and optimize ITIL-based processes.

Work in Agile/Scrum environments ensuring timely delivery.

Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and business teams.

Governance & Compliance

Implement ServiceNow GRC and TPRM solutions.

Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

8 years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow expertise.

Hands-on experience in multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, GRC).

Strong development experience using JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.

Expertise in CSDM framework implementation.

Proven experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP).

Strong understanding of ITIL processes and Agile methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred)

CSA – Certified System Administrator

CIS – Certified Implementation Specialist

CAD – Certified Application Developer
