Job Description:
We are looking for experienced ServiceNow Developers to join our Hyderabad-based GCC team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM and working knowledge of CSM or SPM modules.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB)
- Experience in CSM (Customer Service Management) OR SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)
- ServiceNow scripting experience:
- Business Rules
- Client Scripts
- Script Includes
- UI Policies
- REST/SOAP integrations with third-party systems
- Service Portal customization and workflows
- Experience with ACLs, Notifications, and Catalog Items
Good to Have:
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS – ITSM/CSM/SPM)
- Experience working in GCC or large enterprise environments
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodology
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications
- Implement ITSM processes aligned with business requirements
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
- Perform unit testing and support UAT activities
- Provide production support and issue resolution
