About the role
Role Overview
This is a strategic, high-impact Product Marketing role focused on driving growth and engagement in student Creative Cloud business. You’ll support existing marketing campaigns and programs; no new campaign development is needed, but you must be able to lead, optimize, and evolve these programs independently.
You’ll act as a cross-functional connector, bringing together insights, analysis, messaging, and execution strategies to deepen impact with student customers. This role requires deep marketing expertise, e-commerce knowledge, and analytical skills (especially with Tableau) to evaluate performance and drive new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Use behavioral data, market insights, and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Create business cases using Excel models and financial data.
- Develop and refine marketing and messaging strategies for student engagement.
- Partner with product, sales, and broader marketing teams to execute cross-channel campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize against key KPIs.
- Ensure positioning resonates with the student audience through customer research and voice-of-customer feedback.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2C Product Marketing, ideally in e-commerce or subscription-based models.
- Experience working with students, in education, or with Gen Z audiences is a strong plus.
- Strong Tableau skills – expected to work with dashboards and performance metrics regularly.
- Comfortable managing complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
