Relocation Insights:

The teams work on a Hybrid Schedule 1 week onsite (5days) 1 week remote and so on ( That means 10 days in office/Month 10 days remote but they are not open to Traveling back and forth unless 30 mins within the worksite.

They have asked us to gather the following information to understand your relocation plans to plan ahead. If there are any potential hurdles for a move, best to know now as we can submit you to other clients without these requirements.

For any relocation candidates, we requires new hires to be in the client city/ working onsite within 45 days of hire date for their connect week schedule. If that is something you are able to do we can proceed with the questions they have asked for our consultants.

ROLE#1 Salesforce Developer with CPQ (HEAVY)

Must Have Skills:

• Apttus, Conga
• product, pricing, proposal (CPQ) - needs to be highlighted heavily in resume. Manager does not want to see any fake resumes
• work around product configuration, bundles, pricing, and proposal configuration.
• These TOP 3 skills need to be in the last 2 projects the candidate has worked on.
• Nice to Have - Salesforce DevOps (Apex, CI/CD)

The Role

We use the full capabilities of the Salesforce Platform to create or improve solutions that help WI meet our client acquisition, servicing, and retention goals.

• Working within an agile team, build solutions on the Salesforce.com Platform while considering reuse, speed to market, and technical excellence
• Collaborate with business partners, architects, analysts, and engineers to design solutions
• Provide recommendations into overall technical architecture, standards & practices, and release process for Salesforce.com development
• Collaborate and provide solution to the problems and team members.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

• Bachelor’s or post-primary degree in a Technology-related subject area.
• 5 or more years of development experience with 4+ in Salesforce.
• Salesforce Platform Developer 1 required. PD2 certification preferred.
• Expertise building Salesforce.com solutions using low code (e.g. Flows) and pro code (Apex and Lightning Web Components) capabilities.
• Proficiency in Salesforce APIs, Integration Patters, Triggers and Governor limits.
• Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, GitHub
• Great communicator and have a real customer-centric mind-set.
• Analytical, engineering, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Publishes clear and concise design documentation.
• Participates in and contributes to formal reviews of architecture, design, and code.
• Personal willingness to learn additional skills as required to solution business requirements.
• Enthusiasm to contribute as an agile team member and to complete tasks outside of primary role, such as business analysis or quality testing, when needed for success of the team.
