- Own pipeline targets, ensuring consistent achievement and growth
- Align closely with Sales and Marketing on ICP, messaging, and lead strategies
- Implement tools, processes, and reporting to improve SDR productivity
- Coach SDRs on skills, performance, and career progression
- Provide leadership with insights on pipeline contribution and forecasting
- Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and success

- 4+ years of Sales Development experience, with at least 2+ in leadership
- Demonstrated success building or scaling SDR/BDR teams
- Strong knowledge of outbound prospecting and pipeline dynamics in B2B SaaS
- Skilled people leader with experience recruiting and developing SDR talent
- Analytical and metrics-driven mindset with a track record of driving performance
- Entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to building processes and culture from scratch
Why Join
- Build a mission-critical function from day one with full leadership backing
- Have a direct impact on growth trajectory and go-to-market success
