Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in legal or academic research, with the ability to handle up to 30 years of expertise for senior‑level contributions.
- Proficiency in legal research databases (e.g., Westlaw, LexisNexis), citation management tools, and advanced Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal, statutory, and case law research to support attorneys in case preparation and strategy development.
- Summarize and organize research findings into concise memoranda, briefing notes, and presentation decks.
- Assist in drafting legal documents, motions, and pleadings by providing accurate citations and supporting evidence.
