Mission & Role Summary:

The Remote Data Entry Specialist plays a vital role in supporting DispatchHealth’s operational effectiveness by accurately entering, validating, and managing critical clinical, patient, scheduling, and administrative data. Your work ensures data integrity, supports decision‑making, and enables seamless coordination between remote teams and care providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in internal databases and systems.

• Review source documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy before entry.

• Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve issues per established procedures.

• Maintain organized digital records, including patient, scheduling, and operational data.

• Perform routine quality checks and adhere to data accuracy standards.

• Follow data entry guidelines, documentation protocols, and security/privacy requirements.

• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding data questions or process improvements.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy targets and support related administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.

• Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and cloud‑based tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

• Strong written communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet.
