Recruiter

About the Role We're looking for a Lead Recruiter based in the Philippines to help us build our BPO team. You'll work with our leadership team to identify, attract, and hire talented professionals through an Employer of Record (EOR) model. This is a contract position hired through an EOR arrangement.

What You'll Do

• Source and recruit BPO professionals for our operations team
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers
• Manage the entire hiring process - from posting jobs to onboarding new hires
• Build talent pipelines using job boards, social media, referrals, and professional networks
• Ensure a positive experience for every candidate
• Track recruiting metrics to improve our hiring process

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in BPO or operations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of EOR hiring models is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of employment law and diversity/inclusion best practices
• Fluent in English
