$110,000 – $115,000 + 8 percent Annual Bonus

### Summary

We are seeking a strong **Project Manager III** with hands-on experience in **PHCO (Population Health & Clinical Operations)** and **clinical system migration**. This role manages business-side implementations across Utilization Management, Care Management, Appeals, Pharmacy & Medical Management.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure compliance readiness, drive milestones, and communicate between business & technical groups for successful migration outcomes.

### Key Responsibilities

✅ Lead end-to-end **clinical system migration** projects (business side)

✅ Own project planning, scoping, risk mitigation & performance tracking

✅ Work closely with PHCO stakeholders:

• **UM, CM, Appeals, Pharmacy, Medical Management**

✅ Coordinate testing, UAT support, go-live & operational transition

✅ Ensure **compliance & regulatory** alignment

✅ Manage vendor relationships and matrix teams

✅ Maintain documentation using **Smartsheet / Planview**

### Required Skills & Experience

* **4+ years** Project / Program Management in **Healthcare / Managed Care**

* Hands-on experience with **clinical migrations** or platform transitions

* Strong PHCO business knowledge (UM, CM, Appeals, etc.)

* Proficiency in **MS Office, MS Project, Visio, Smartsheet / Planview**

* Strong communication & stakeholder influence skills

* ✅ **Comfortable using emojis in communication** ✨ *(new requirement)*

### ⭐ Preferred Qualifications

* **2–3 years** Population Health initiative experience

* **TruCare** or similar clinical platform experience

* Certifications: **PMP / PgMP / CAPM**

* Master’s degree in Healthcare/Business field
