Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Power Apps Developer with hands-on experience in Agentic AI, Copilot-based automation, and intelligent workflow solutions. The ideal candidate should have expertise in building automation agents using Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, or similar AI automation tools. Experience in Power BI (PBI) is preferred but secondary.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build intelligent automation agents/workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio, AI agents, or other automation platforms.
• Develop AI-driven business process automation solutions using:Power Automate
• Copilot Studio
• AI Builder
• Azure AI services (preferred)
• Integrate Power Apps with:SharePoint
• Dataverse
• Microsoft 365
• APIs and third-party systems
• Create conversational AI agents/chatbots for business operations.
• Work with stakeholders to understand automation requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Support low-code/no-code application development initiatives.
• Create dashboards and reports using Power BI (good to have).
• Troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain existing Power Platform solutions.

• Strong experience in:Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)
• Power Automate
• Microsoft Dataverse
• Hands-on experience building AI/Automation Agents using:Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Agentic AI frameworks/tools
• AI workflow orchestration tools
• Experience with:REST APIs
• Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Workflow automation
• Understanding of:Generative AI concepts
• Prompt engineering
• AI-assisted automation
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

• Power BI reporting/dashboard experience
• Azure OpenAI / Azure AI services exposure
• Experience with RPA tools
• Knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or .NET
• Microsoft Power Platform Certifications
