### ✅ Position Summary
Tyson Foods is seeking a *Plant Manager III* to lead operations at a *high-volume poultry processing facility. This individual will manage production, engineering, sanitation, safety, logistics, quality, and **continuous improvement* across all 3 shifts, ensuring safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations.
### *Industry Experience Client is Looking For (MUST Match One or More)*
✔ Poultry Processing (Preferred — Tyson, Perdue, Pilgrim’s, Butterball, Sanderson Farms etc.)
✔ Meat / Protein Processing (Beef, Pork, etc.)
✔ Large-Scale *Food Manufacturing Facilities*
✔ USDA Regulated Plants
✔ Facilities with *3-Shift High-Volume Production Environment*

Key Responsibilities
* Lead full plant operations ensuring *food safety & USDA compliance*
* Drive cost reduction, uptime, throughput & yield improvements
* Implement Lean/CI/TQM initiatives to optimize performance
* Oversee maintenance, logistics, sanitation & supply chain alignment
* Develop workforce & drive retention + succession planning
* Manage process discipline, communication & safety programs
### Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field
* *8+ years* progressive leadership in food manufacturing (poultry highly preferred)
* Strong data-driven decision making, coaching & people leadership
* Microsoft Office required; *SAP strongly preferred*
* Willingness to travel occasionally (6–11 trips/year)
