Senior Performance Marketer (3+ Years | ₹6-10 LPA)

What You’ll Do:
Own & Scale Paid Media – Lead Meta, Google (PMax, Adv+, Catalog, Retargeting) & other ad channels
Team Leadership – Guide & mentor a team of performance marketers to drive results
Funnel & CRO Optimization – A/B test creatives, landing pages & ad strategies to maximize ROAS
Data-Driven Decision Making – Deep dive into analytics (GA4, Looker, UTMs) to optimize performance
Creative Strategy – Work closely with content & design teams to produce high-performing ads
What You Need:
✅ 3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience
✅ Strong team management & leadership skills
✅ Proven success in scaling ROAS-positive campaigns
✅ Expertise in ad analytics, tracking & attribution models
