Organic Social Media Growth Expert (Remote)

EXPERT LEVEL ONLY — NO BEGINNERS. Own our content engine: build and run an automated content production pipeline (ideation to creation to scheduling to distribution) across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X; grow channel audiences organically with weekly numbers to prove it; design content systems that generate inbound leads and buying signals (comments, DMs, profile visits, link clicks), not vanity metrics; repurpose long-form into platform-native short-form at volume; run rapid creative testing (hooks, formats, posting times, CTAs); track and report weekly on growth, engagement rate, leads/signals, and next steps. REQUIREMENTS: proven expert who has grown at least one brand or personal account past 10K+ followers organically with screenshots/numbers to prove it; hands-on automation experience (scheduling stacks, content pipelines, AI-assisted production workflows); thinks in funnels; strong copy instincts; fluent written English; self-directed and metrics-obsessed.
