Oracle EBS OTL Techno-functional

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead or support full life cycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite, including Oracle Time & Labor, Global Payroll, and Core HR.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements, design functional solutions, and create functional specification documents.
• Configure and implement HRMS modules with strong focus on Oracle Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, and Benefits.
• Integrate Oracle EBS with third-party systems such as Workday, SmartRecruiters, Oracle Global View, and Celergo.
• Manage Benefit Interfaces and Payroll Interfaces, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
• Develop and maintain Oracle Custom Reports, manage data conversion/migrations, and build inbound/outbound interfaces.
• Apply Oracle Unified Methodology (OUM) and lead SIT, UAT, CRP, and end-user training sessions.
• Identify gaps in standard functionality and support the development of custom solutions.
• Provide post-implementation support and enhancements as needed.
• Ensure integration and interface points work effectively across systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong Oracle Functional expertise with deep industry experience in services organizations.
• 2-3+ full life cycle implementations of Oracle EBS R12.2.x HRMS suite (Time & Labor, Payroll, Core HR).
• Hands-on Functional and Technical knowledge of:
• Oracle Time and Labor
• Oracle Global Payroll
• Oracle HR/Workday Integration
• Oracle Absence Management & Interfaces
• Benefit Interfaces
• Payroll Interfaces (Oracle Global View, Celergo)
• SmartRecruiters Interfaces
• Oracle Custom Reporting
• Experience in data conversions, interface design, and integration with third-party applications.
• Familiarity with Oracle methodologies (OUM) and CRP, SIT, UAT strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with business users and IT teams.
