Oracle CPQ

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CPQ Specialist to join our client team and support the design, development, and optimization of our CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CPQ configuration, integration, and customization, along with a strong understanding of commerce processes and enterprise systems integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement CPQ solutions to meet complex configuration and pricing requirements.
• Integrate CPQ with internal systems such as CRM, ERP, Commerce platforms, and other business applications.
• Build and maintain advanced configuration models that support complex product and pricing rules.
• Design templates using Document Designer for proposals, quotes, and contracts.
• Manage and optimize CPQ Data Tables to ensure efficient rule execution and scalability.
• Customize CPQ UX (User Experience) to align with business needs and improve usability.
• Support ongoing CPQ enhancements, testing, documentation, and training.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Engineering, and IT to ensure seamless end-to-end processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ, Oracle CPQ, ApttConga, SAP CPQ, etc.)
• Proven experience in CPQ integration with CRM (Salesforce, MS Dynamics), ERP (SAP, Oracle), and Commerce platforms.
• Deep understanding of CPQ configuration models, pricing rules, product catalog management, and quote workflows.
• Experience designing and maintaining templates using CPQ Document Designer tools.
• Proficiency with CPQ Data Tables and logic-based rulesets.
• Hands-on experience with UX customization in CPQ platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CPQ platform certifications (e.g., Salesforce CPQ Specialist, Oracle CPQ Cloud Certified)
• Experience in a B2B or subscription-based business environment
• Knowledge of APIs and middleware for system integration
