Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in implementing AI/ML solutions, preferably in Oracle Cloud environments.
- Strong expertise in Oracle Digital Assistant (ODA) and Oracle AI Services.
- Experience with Oracle Machine Learning, OCI Data Science, and Python/R for model development.
- Proficiency in Natural Language Processing (NLP), chatbot development, and AI-driven automation.
- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and JSON/XML.
- Understanding of ERP, HCM, SCM, or CX processes to identify AI opportunities.
