Requirements:
- Current nursing license and certification in a relevant specialty
- Proven experience in acute care, critical care, or other relevant settings
- Strong understanding of nursing principles, practices, and standards
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Proficiency in electronic medical records and other healthcare technology systems
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, developing and updating individualized care plans as needed
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies, monitoring patients for adverse reactions and responses
- Conduct routine vital sign checks, collect and analyze data, and report any abnormalities or concerns to the medical team
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal patient outcomes
- Provide patient and family education, support, and counseling, addressing concerns and promoting health literacy
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, adhering to confidentiality and privacy standards
