Location:** Graniteville, SC, 29829 (Onsite)
Pay:** \$35 – \$40 / Hour | Full-Time
Eligibility: US Citizens / GC Holders Only
Schedule: 12-hour Rotating Shifts (Modified DuPont) OR 4x10 Schedule

### Position Summary
We are urgently hiring a **Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician** to support maintenance operations in a 24/7 high-volume production environment. This is a critical hire to ensure equipment reliability, safety, and maximum uptime in a state-of-the-art tire manufacturing facility.

### Key Responsibilities
* Follow and promote all company safety protocols (VPP Site – Safety First).
* Partner with engineering teams for equipment installation, testing, and release.
* Record all maintenance activities in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, conveyors, and pipeline systems.
* Troubleshoot and repair:
* PLC Systems (Allen Bradley preferred)
* Networking & Communication: EtherNet/IP, ControlNet, DeviceNet
* AC Drives, Motors, Encoders, Resolvers
* Flow, Level, Pressure, and Temperature Instruments
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
* Conduct equipment rebuilds and component-level repairs.
* Support automation, control, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

### Required Qualifications
* Multi-Craft qualified (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics).
* 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (or 3+ years with Associate Degree).
* Hands-on experience with 480V electrical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics.
* Willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts and support day/night operations.
