MERN Stack Developer

Requirements:

• 1 to 5 years of professional experience developing full‑stack applications with the MERN technology stack.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, and TypeScript, with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming.
• Hands‑on experience with MongoDB schema design, aggregation pipelines, and performance optimization.
• Deep knowledge of React, including hooks, context API, and state management libraries such as Redux.
• Familiarity with RESTful API development using Express.js and Node.js, as well as GraphQL basics.
• Proficiency with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and containerization tools like Docker.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a collaborative team mindset.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Implement responsive UI components in React, ensuring cross‑browser compatibility and performance.
• Develop server‑side logic, APIs, and microservices with Express.js and Node.js.
• Optimize database schemas and queries in MongoDB for high‑throughput data operations.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and daily stand‑ups to deliver incremental value.
