Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in Health Information Management or a related field preferred
• 1-30 years of experience in medical records management, with a strong understanding of HIPAA guidelines and regulations
• Technical skills in electronic medical records systems, such as Epic or Cerner, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities
