Machine Learning Engineer

Join our AI team to build and ship machine learning models that power search and recommendations for millions of users across Europe. Responsibilities: - Develop, train, and evaluate NLP and LLM-based models using PyTorch - Build reliable ML pipelines for training, deployment, and monitoring - Deploy models to production on GCP using Docker - Run experiments and A/B tests to measure model impact - Work closely with data engineers and product managers Requirements: - 3+ years of experience building ML systems in production - Strong Python and PyTorch skills - Experience with NLP, transformers, or LLM applications - Familiarity with MLOps practices and cloud platforms Hybrid: 2 days per week in our Berlin office.
