Location: Remote (Hybrid option available – preference for candidates in Central District of California)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Compensation: $130,000 – $160,000 annually + discretionary bonus + benefits

We are seeking a highly motivated legal professional with 2–5 years of litigation experience to work on complex, high-profile cases in both state and federal courts. What You’ll Do

• Draft pleadings, motions, and briefs for state & federal courts.
• Develop persuasive legal arguments for class certification and liability.
• Manage discovery, including depositions, written discovery, and expert coordination.
• Contribute to settlement negotiations and claims administration.

What We’re Looking For

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active bar membership (California preferred).
• 2–5 years litigation experience, ideally in complex civil or class action cases.
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
