This role is a senior-level position in the Web Development team under Operations, responsible for leading and mentoring a team of developers while contributing to key technical tasks. This includes architecting, designing, and implementing robust web solutions, conducting code reviews, and ensuring software quality through testing. The role also involves project management, solving complex technical challenges, and staying updated with industry trends to meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of developers to ensure project goals are met effectively.

• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and coordination among stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

• Software Development: Architect, design, and implement scalable, high-performance web solutions that align with project requirements and industry best practices.

• Code Reviewing: Perform detailed code reviews to maintain code quality, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

• Testing: Implement and oversee testing strategies to ensure software is reliable, secure, and bug-free.

• Technical Problem-Solving: Address and resolve complex technical challenges that arise during development.

• Skill Development: Continuously learn and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to keep up with industry trends.

• Other Technical Tasks: Take on additional technical responsibilities as needed to meet project and organizational requirements.Required

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6+ years of professional experience in web development or related domains.

• A postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong expertise in modern web development technologies, frameworks, and methodologies.

• Proven ability to manage teams and projects effectively.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of software development life cycles.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.

• A commitment to continuous learning and adapting to new technologies and tools.

Must-Have Skills

• Proficiency in the Node.js, React, Mysql/PostgreSQL, API, microservices(Most exp should be in backend) or relevant web development stacks and frameworks.

• Strong expertise in JavaScript and its modern libraries or frameworks.

• In-depth knowledge of databases, including relational and NoSQL databases.

• Experience with version control systems like Git for collaborative development.

• A strong foundation in computer science, with expertise in algorithms, data structures, and system design.
