Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in programming languages, such as Java, Python, or C++, with a solid understanding of software development principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with agile development methodologies, version control systems, such as Git, and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, including developers, designers, product managers, and executives.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) or Microsoft Azure, and containerization technologies, such as Docker.
• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, with a minimum of1 year of experience in software development, preferably in a leadership or technical lead role.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of large-scale software applications, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications, using a range of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical guidance, code reviews, and feedback to help them grow professionally and improve their skills.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, develop project plans, and allocate resources effectively.
• Conduct code reviews, ensure that coding standards are followed, and implement best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, trends, and innovations in the industry, applying this knowledge to improve our software applications and development processes.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and user manuals, to ensure that knowledge is shared and retained within the team.
