About the role
Cloud Data Engineering + Cloud Data Architecture + Data Integration
● Data Architecture Expertise:Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable and secure data platform architecture that meet business requirements and industry best practices.
● Solution Design Expertise: Serve as a trusted advisor to our data architecture, data engineering teams, providing guidance on cloud architecture design, implementation strategies and best practices
● GCP Expertise:Demonstrate proficiency in GCP tools and services, including BigQuery, CloudSpanner, Dataflow, DataForm, Dataprep, and Healthcare APIs. Stay abreast of GCP updates and incorporate new features into our architecture
● Solution Implementation: Guide, mentor and work with the development team translating architectural design into scalable system(s). Enable Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment of data model, data pipelines, etc
● Healthcare Domain Knowledge is good to have
● Cost Optimization: Analyze GCP Services and spending patterns to identify opportunities for cost optimization. Provide architecture recommendations on that selection and resource allocation
● Arrive at data solution diagrams including data flow diagrams, use case models,etc.
● Collaborate with Data Modelers, Data Engineers, QA team and stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of requirements and delivery integrated solution
● Expert using SQL
● Advanced experience with ETL/ELT architecture, Data Integration, warehouse implementations and experience with enterprise level ETL/ELT tools.
● Programming language proficiency in Python, etc
● Advanced understanding of data normalization and denormalization techniques.
● Exposure to batch, real-time, near real-time and various data integration patterns
● Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to lead and facilitate discussions with business and technical stakeholders from executive level leadership to daily hands-on contributors.
● Expert in time-management and self-directed activity.
● Minimum of 2 Years + experience as an Architect
