Lead Business Analyst

As a Lead Business Analyst at CLOUDSTRATS TECHNOLOGY PVT.LTD, you will spearhead the translation of complex business needs into actionable technical solutions, driving strategic initiatives across multiple domains. You will collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, product managers, and cross‑functional development teams to uncover insights, define requirements, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requirements:

• Minimum 7+ years of experience in Business Analysis within enterprise application delivery or IT consulting environments.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale transformation or system implementation projects.
• Strong expertise in Requirement Gathering, Gap Analysis, Stakeholder Management, and Process Re-engineering.
• Hands-on experience with BPMN, UML, RTM management, BRD/FRD/SRS documentation.
• Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, Word, Visio, Draw.io, Tableau, Power BI, Jira, Confluence, GitLab.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead As-Is / To-Be process studies, gap analysis, and business requirement workshops.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Define and manage URS (User Requirement Specification), BRD, FRD, SRS, and RTM (Requirements Traceability Matrix).
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings with senior leadership, SMEs, product owners, and technical teams.
• Create process models using BPMN / UML / Flowcharts and convert findings into structured documentation.
• Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions are feasible and aligned with business goals.
• Monitor project progress, conduct impact assessments, and recommend process improvements.
• Ensure end-to-end traceability across business, development, testing, and deployment phases.
• Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in business analysis and stakeholder management.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT coordination.
