Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Java Backend Developer to join our team for a long-term project. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Kafka, Microservices Architecture, and CI/CD pipelines, along with deep knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
• Implement Kafka-based event-driven architectures for reliable messaging.
• Develop and maintain microservices with a focus on scalability and high availability.
• Optimize database queries and ensure efficient data structures for improved application performance.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines, automating deployment processes using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers.

Required Skills:

• Strong backend development experience in Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Kafka, including event-driven architecture and messaging.
• Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms for optimized backend processing.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Practical knowledge of Microservices Architecture, containerization, and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.

Nice to Have:

• Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Exposure to NoSQL and SQL databases, database optimization techniques.
• Monitoring and performance tuning experience with tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Understanding of security best practices in backend services.
