Integration Developer

CLOUDSTRATS TECHNOLOGY PVT. LTD. is hiring a skilled Integration Developer (Talend / MIGL) to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade data pipelines and integration flows across multiple business systems.

The ideal candidate will focus on seamless data movement, transformation, orchestration, and system integration to support reporting, analytics, and operational platforms. This role requires strong expertise in Talend, ETL/ELT processes, and scalable pipeline architecture.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in Data Integration / ETL Development.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Talend and/or MIGL.
• Experience in ETL / ELT processes and pipeline architecture.
• Strong understanding of Data Pipelines and transformation logic.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL / Oracle).
• Experience integrating APIs, files, DBs, cloud sources.
• Knowledge of scheduling/orchestration tools.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Talend / MIGL integration jobs and workflows.
• Build ETL / ELT pipelines for structured and unstructured data sources.
• Develop transformation logic for cleansing, standardization, aggregation, and enrichment.
• Integrate databases, APIs, flat files, cloud sources, and enterprise applications.
• Schedule, monitor, and optimize batch / real-time data pipelines.
• Implement error handling, logging, retries, and reconciliation mechanisms.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance standards across integrations.
• Collaborate with BI, Data Engineering, Backend, and Business teams for requirements gathering.
• Optimize performance of jobs, queries, and data movement processes.
• Maintain technical documentation for mappings, jobs, flows, and dependencies.

• Maximum Budget: ₹100,000 per month
• Job Type: payroll
