About the role
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and map them to LN functionalities.
- Configure LN modules (SCM, Finance, Manufacturing, Projects).
- Provide technical expertise in LN customizations, integrations, and solution design.
- Lead workshops, gather business requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive effective solutions.
- Work on related systems (Factory Track, CPQ, PLM) to ensure seamless integration.
- Support implementations, upgrades, and cloud migration projects.
- Deliver end-user training and create detailed functional/technical documentation.
Skills Required:
- Required a minimum of 10 years of experience
- Strong functional expertise in one or more LN modules (Finance, Manufacturing, Procurement, Sales, Logistics).
- Proven technical skills in LN customizations, extensions, integrations, and technical architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Infor OS, ION, APIs, workflows, and BODs for integrations.
- Knowledge of related systems such as Factory Track, CPQ, and PLM.
- End-to-end project implementation experience (both on-premises and cloud).
- Ability to prepare functional and technical specifications, and support SIT/UAT.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
