Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
  • Proficiency in tools such as CAD design, simulation software, and data analysis tools
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with attention to detail and ability to interpret complex data


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality
  • Conduct time studies, capacity analysis, and other forms of data collection to inform process improvements
  • Develop and manage projects, including setting goals, timelines, and resource allocation
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks and other operational issues
  • Develop and maintain detailed CAD designs and models of production layouts and equipment
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, optimize processes, and predict future outcomes
  • Use Lean Manufacturing tools to optimise the process.
  • Implementation of MES system for production visibility and data visualization.
