About the role
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior IAM Consultant to lead and implement IAM solutions for enterprise clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in IAM technologies, security best practices, and regulatory compliance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, scalable, and efficient IAM architectures and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support IAM solutions for clients, including identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, and federation.
- Work with tools such as SailPoint, ForgeRock, Okta, Ping Identity, Azure AD, CyberArk, or similar platforms.
- Develop and manage RBAC/ABAC models, access certifications, and provisioning workflows.
- Integrate IAM solutions with enterprise applications, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and third-party systems.
- Conduct identity assessments, gap analysis, and develop roadmap and remediation plans.
- Prepare technical design documents, implementation playbooks, and test cases.
- Support access governance, SSO/MFA configurations, and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate with business, security, compliance, and IT teams to ensure alignment with enterprise policies.
- Mentor junior consultants and support pre-sales and proposal efforts when needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in IAM implementation and consulting.
- Strong working knowledge of IAM protocols: SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP, SCIM.
- Experience with IAM solutions like:
- Identity Governance: SailPoint, Saviynt
- Access Management: Okta, Ping, ForgeRock
- Privileged Access Management: CyberArk, BeyondTrust
- Good understanding of cloud IAM in Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Java) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM)
- CISSP, CISM, or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., SailPoint Certified Implementation Engineer, Okta Certified Consultant, CyberArk Defender)
