Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Onboarding:
  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Manage onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth and engaging experience from day one.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and programs to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in conducting employee surveys and feedback sessions to gauge employee satisfaction and contribute to improvements.
  • HR Operations:
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist with payroll processing, attendance management, and handling employee queries related to HR policies.
  • Training & Development:
  • Support the scheduling and coordination of training programs and workshops for employees.
  • Track employee training progress and ensure that learning objectives are met.
  • HR Policies & Compliance:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in communicating HR policies and processes to employees.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and escalating issues to senior HR staff as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive employee matters.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 year of experience in an HR-related role, preferably in recruitment or employee relations.
  • Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
