As a Front Desk Specialist at Aegis Law, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients, visitors, and employees. You will be the first point of contact for the firm, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a degree in administration, business, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook, as well as experience with other software applications and technology
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and demonstrate a high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Previous experience in a front desk or administrative role, with a strong understanding of office procedures and protocols


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients, visitors, and employees, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, including answering and directing phone calls, handling mail and packages, and performing administrative tasks
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events, including scheduling, arrangements, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, both physical and digital
  • Provide administrative support to staff and management, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information and maintain organization
