As a FRONT DESK representative at christushealthcare, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for all. Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a degree in a related field preferred
- 0-30 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and visitors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Greet patients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience
- Register patients, collect demographic and insurance information, and update records as necessary
- Schedule appointments, procedures, and tests, and ensure that patients are aware of their schedule and any necessary preparations
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, appointments, and test results
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care

- The maximum budget for this role is $65,000 USD per year, and the job type is payroll
