Job Description: Flutter Developer (3–5 Years Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Flutter Developer with 3–5 years of experience in mobile application development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter, while collaborating closely with backend, design, and product teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain mobile applications using Flutter (Dart) for Android and iOS platforms
• Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, responsive Flutter code
• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
• Work closely with backend developers to define and consume APIs
• Optimize application performance, usability, and responsiveness
• Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following best practices
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and agile ceremonies
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability
• Stay updated with Flutter ecosystem trends and mobile development best practices

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in mobile application development
• Strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart
• Experience building and deploying apps for Android and iOS
• Solid understanding of state management (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.)
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and API integration
• Knowledge of mobile app architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, Clean Architecture)
• Familiarity with Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Push Notifications, Crashlytics, etc.)
• Experience with version control systems like Git
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and responsive design
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
