About the role
We are currently looking to hire 10 Field Sales Executives from the General Insurance industry, preferably candidates with experience in Travel Insurance sales.
Open Positions:
- Bangalore: 5 Positions
- CTC: Up to ₹45,000 per month
- Hyderabad: 5 Positions
- CTC: Up to ₹35,000 per month
Job Description:
- Agency Channel Sales
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents
- Analyzing performance and preparing action plans
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff and clients
- Ensuring effective time management across the team
- Adhering to agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring compliance within the team
- Researching current market and industry trends and utilizing insights for business growth
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate
Candidates with a proven track record in Travel Insurance or General Insurance Agency Sales will be preferred.
