You will design and execute comprehensive test plans, develop automated test scripts, and work closely with firmware, hardware, and product development teams to uncover and resolve issues early in the development cycle. Requirements:

  • 5–13 years of professional experience in embedded systems testing or a closely related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming, scripting languages (Python, Bash), and experience with hardware debugging tools such as oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and JTAG interfaces.
  • Familiarity with test automation frameworks, continuous integration systems (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI), and version control (Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans and test cases for embedded hardware and firmware.
  • Design and implement automated test scripts and harnesses to increase test coverage and efficiency.
  • Perform hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) testing, stress testing, and regression testing on prototype and production units.
  • Analyze test results, diagnose root causes of failures, and work closely with design engineers to resolve defects.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define test requirements, acceptance criteria, and quality benchmarks.
  • Maintain and calibrate test equipment, ensuring accurate and reliable measurement data.
  • Document test procedures, defect reports, and verification results in compliance with industry standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
